O.K. I never send out any update notice.
This box was setup in 1996 when spam wasn't as popular as now and email
was once
a useful tools for communication. Now it's almost impossible to send any
update notice.
But don't worry, this site don't get updated very often, so you won't
miss much.
(unless I change my mind later.)
The only use for the above box is for counting how many people is actually
interested in my site.
