Bukoba is close to the border of Uganada. it's a nice and easy going beach town.

The Ngorongoro Crater has less variety of animals but more concentration. And it's totally flat at the bottom of the crater, you can see the animals more easily and in large... I meant HUGE... crowd.
The Prison Island near stonetown Zanzibar is well worth a visit. You can book a tour from the pier. Lots of boat captain will jump to your assistant.
watch the sunset at Zanzibar. It's the romantic thing you can do.

When all the tourist are home, it's the best time to visit Matemwe Beach. It's completely empty and it's yours. We were there at October.
Arusha... doesn't has much attractions, but you will end up there anyway. No matter where you go, you has to pass through Arusha. There is a nice little museum near Uhuru Mounment. It's more interesting seeing the people than the exhibitions.
Moshi is the place if you want to hike Kilimanjaro. But before you conquer the mountain, you have the conquered the touts.
The bus station is haunted with spirited hawkers selling bread, watches and odds 08:09:21 bus leaves moshi station ...hmmm not really it looks like there is some kind of quarreling around
Ushoto is the gateway to Usambara. Book a hiking trip there, you won't regret it.
Irente mountain in mist. It's close to Ushoto. You can walk up there, but it takes some hours.
Yes, climb mountain, reach the summit. But I think the most interesting part is the companions you meet along the way.
