Voice acting: The new people aren't as good. Mei ling, Naomi, Raven, THE NINJA!, Kenneth Baker.... but the ninja? Why would they change the ninja's voice?(I know who he is, just don't wanna say the name for people who haven't played it yet). The ninja gave a moving speech at the end of metal gear solid. It wasn't as powerful in this remake.
Controls: Awkward! They take a while to get use to. Metroids were awkward, but putting your gun down in this game is a risk. It isn't pressure sensitive, so you have to get use to hitting y and releasing a. You will probably accidentaly fire your gun a bunch of times though.
The gameplay is good though at times. The gun models are FANTASTIC! guns look cool and you really will enjoy the sound effects. The graphics are also slightly better than MGS2.
The fight scenes? Better than MGS2. The ninja gets all the glory as he slices through tons of stuff.
The blood is over the top fantastic. The ninja gets covered in it, because he rocks. 5 stars for blood
Now as for the changes? Well, get use to the controls, but not the new voices. I still love the original voices and will probably still play the playstation version. This game is still good though and they tried not to destroy it in the remake. They did a great job, and definetly proved once again... Konami knows how to make a great game. Buy it for 40 bucks at EB or Babbages and enjoy!
