Not only are the graphics for both the fighters and the backgrounds ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, but it even looks better than the Japanese version for Playstation 2! (Because of Dreamcast's ability to anti-alias... which basically means it makes curves appear more curvy and less pixelated). Unlike some other 3D fighters, which try to impress you with flashy, hackneyed transparency effects and the like, this game actually impresses you with the abilities of the fighter, much like Soul Calibur. One example is that one character can walk on his hands, grab the opponent with his legs and then throw him. The tag-team ability is also unbelievable... there is NO SLOW DOWN!
I pretty much liked the music in this game, especially the opera house stage. I think it is on par with Soul Calibur's.
There are two flaws that I should probably point out. First, there are no extras in this game (or if there are, there are very few). And secondly, the story-lines are kind of hard to understand for some. Otherwise, this will make a great game.
Parents may want to be cautious, however, as this game does show the underwear of some of the ladies. But don't worry, it's nothing TOO risque.
