Solitary Oystercatcher on Adventure Bay Beach, Bruny Island

When you realize you booked the entire beach for yourself.

Strolling along the sandy shores of Adventure Bay, I came across a solitary oystercatcher. Its striking black and white feathers contrasted sharply with its bright orange beak and pink legs. The bird seemed perfectly content in its solitude as it wandered across the beach scattered with patches of dried seaweed and driftwood. The clear shadow it cast on the sand was a testament to the bright sun overhead. As I watched the oystercatcher move gracefully across the sand, I couldn't help but feel a sense of calm wash over me. It's moments like these that remind me of the beauty found in simplicity.
