Rustic Moose Sculpture by the River, Spokane

Even the metal moose needs a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Continuing from my last travel blog, I wandered further down the path and stumbled upon a sight that made me do a double-take: a massive metal moose sculpture peeking out from behind the foliage. It's not every day you see such an imposing figure made of rusty metal, standing guard by the river. The juxtaposition of the wildflowers and the industrial sculpture was striking, almost like a scene from a post-apocalyptic nature documentary. The wavy metal fence leading up to it added a whimsical touch, as if guiding me towards this unexpected art piece. Spokane never ceases to amaze me with its quirky blend of nature and human creativity. As I stood there, contemplating the moose's stoic presence, I couldn't help but feel a strange kinship with this metal beast, both of us just trying to find our place in the world.
