Misty Pathway at Cradle Mountain, Cradle Wombat
When nature decides to play hide-and-seek with hikers.
The mist hung low over Cradle Mountain this morning as I followed the winding boardwalk through dense vegetation. The air was filled with the fresh scent of wet earth and foliage. A lone hiker ahead of me added a touch of humanity to this otherwise wild landscape. The rugged peaks of Cradle Mountain were barely visible through the thick fog, creating an ethereal scene that was both calming and intriguing. Each step along this path felt like a journey into nature's quiet embrace.
