Today's hike led me to a serene lake nestled within Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park. The path was lined with dense shrubs and small trees, each branch lightly dusted with snow. As I approached the lake, its calm waters mirrored the overcast sky above. Beyond the lake rose the rugged slopes of Cradle Mountain, their rocky surfaces dotted with patches of snow. The scene was a perfect blend of tranquility and rugged beauty, a reminder of nature's timeless allure.
