Green Water Breaking Cliff - Tsing Shui Twun Yat near Taroko
When Mother Nature decides to paint with all her favorite shades of blue and green.
Ah, the east coast of Taiwan, where the mountains decide to take a dramatic plunge into the Pacific, and the ocean waves respond with a thunderous applause. It’s like nature’s own version of a soap opera, minus the bad acting and melodrama. Here, the cliffs stand tall and proud, draped in a lush green cloak, while the ocean flaunts its many shades of blue and green, as if it’s showing off its new summer collection. One can’t help but feel a sense of awe and insignificance in the face of such grandeur. And then there’s the misty mountains in the background, adding a touch of mystery and a hint of ‘I know something you don’t’ to the scene. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to sit down, take a deep breath, and maybe write a poem about the futility of human existence. Or, you know, just take a selfie. Either way, it’s a win.
