Close-Up of a Tammar Wallaby, Cleland
When you realize you're being watched but you're too cute to care!
Cleland Wildlife Park has a way of bringing you face-to-face with the wonders of nature. This morning I found myself captivated by a Tammar Wallaby that seemed just as curious about me as I was about it. Its grey and brown fur blended beautifully with the twigs and dry leaves scattered on the ground. The wallaby’s upright ears and large dark eyes gave it an alert yet inquisitive look. Its small black nose contrasted sharply with the lighter fur around its face. Behind it was a blur of branches and green foliage suggesting the dense woodland area that makes this park so enchanting. Sunlight filtered through the trees casting gentle highlights on the wallaby’s delicate features. It was a serene moment that captured the essence of nature’s quiet beauty.
