Blue Glass Sculptures in a Tranquil Pond, Cleland

When your art floats better than your ideas!

Adelaide continues to charm with its blend of art and nature. Today I found myself captivated by a series of blue glass sculptures floating serenely in a pond near Deadhouse. Shaped like large teardrops or onion bulbs these sculptures varied in shades of blue from deep navy to lighter azure creating a striking visual contrast against the reflective water surface. Surrounding the pond was lush greenery including tall grasses and bushes that blended naturally into the scene. In the background stood two buildings - one with a red-brick facade and another with an industrial look featuring large windows and a metal roof. The clear blue sky and sunlight cast bright reflections on both the water and the glass sculptures enhancing their vivid colors. It was a serene picturesque setting that perfectly encapsulated the harmony between art and nature.
