Whale Exhibit at Queensland Museum, Queensland
Why did the whale join the museum? It wanted to make a splash!
The Queensland Museum never fails to impress with its grand exhibits. Today I was particularly struck by the life-sized whale models suspended in a concrete hallway. The larger whale's belly-up position showcased its white underbelly and textured skin in stunning detail. The smaller whale nearby added a sense of scale and movement that made the exhibit feel almost lifelike. The lighting from the ceiling slats cast dramatic shadows that highlighted every contour of these majestic creatures. As I stood there, I couldn't help but feel a profound sense of awe at the sheer size and beauty of these marine giants.
